The Orange County Police Athletic League is a juvenile crime prevention program that provides athletic, recreational and educational activities to at-risk children. P.A.L. uses law enforcement officers as coaches, mentors, instructors and role models to encourage youngsters to avoid crime, drugs, gangs an violence and to influence them to become healthy, productive and law-abiding citizens.
