Crime Free Multi-Housing Training Information

Next Phase I Training Class: Tuesday, June 15, 2021


The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a state-of-the-art crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gangs in apartment properties.

This 8-hour course is the first phase required to qualify with the Crime Free Multi-Housing (CFMH) Program standards.

What you will learn:

You will learn the program's history, goals, property requirements (CPTED), and the benefits of establishing a Crime Free Multi-Housing program at your community.

Who should attend:

A member currently employed as part of the property management will need to complete this training and hold a "Phase One Completion Certificate" in order for the apartment complex to remain active or enter into the program.
