The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is accepting sealed proposals for Worker’s Compensation Legal Counsel.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00pm (local time) on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Purchasing Section at 2500 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32804.
The Sheriff will not be responsible for late deliveries or delayed mail. Sealed proposals will be opened at 10:00am (local time), on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Questions:
On page 15 of the Worker’s Compensation Legal Counsel packet its states questions must be submitted utilizing the form listed as Required Forms: Proposal Templates Exhibit B-3 Vendor Questions. I was not able to locate this template. Can this be forwarded, or will this email suffice?
*The Proposal Template Exhibit B-3 Vendor Questions Form is not necessary and any questions can be sent directly via email at [email protected] prior to the 4pm deadline on Thursday, February 19, 2026, and will be answered in the form of an addendum that will be posted on the OCSO.com website under public interest.
Financial Stability Form shall be completed and submitted. Is there a certain form to be completed or is it sufficient to submit documentation showing the firm is in good financial standing?
*Attachment B Financial Stability Form was referenced in the bid, but was not added to the bid, the form has been added to this addendum to be filed out and returned with the sealed bid.
J. Location Form shall be completed and submitted. I did not see a document labeled Location Form. What information needs to be provided? Does this information need to be placed on company letterhead or is there a form to be completed?

K. Agency Contract shall be completed and submitted. Correct me if I am wrong, is the Agency Contract the same as Form B – Contract Workers Compensation Defense Counsel? If not, where can the agency contract by located?
* Yes, the agency contract is the same as Form B and starts on page 59 of the bid.
