Dear Off Duty Services Vendor,
Effective January 5, 2026, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office will transition to a new off-duty management system facilitated by Off Duty Management (ODM). This partnership will enhance the administration of the Sheriff’s Office off-duty program and improve services.
By utilizing ODM, vendors will benefit from a streamlined, fully online process for submitting and managing off-duty requests. Through OfficerTRAK® you will be able to create and submit service requests, view the status and fill rate of requested shifts in real time, view deputy clocking times, post instructions, view past and future shift information and make payments. Vendors will also have access to a 24/7/365 service and support team available to assist with scheduling or off-duty related inquiries. ODM will handle the invoicing and payment collection for off-duty jobs.
You can submit off-duty service requests for January 5th, 2026, or after, by registering online through the service request portal:
https://odm.officertrak.com/Orange-County-SO-FL
Once there, click “Sign Up” on the right of the landing page and complete all the required information. Registration is quick and easy. You will login from this page each time you need to request services. If you encounter any issues with registration or login, please contact Off Duty Management anytime for assistance at: (407) 349-8445.
All requests for off-duty services for January 5th, 2026, or after, must be made through Off Duty Management.
Off-Duty Rates and Additional Fees
Off-duty fees are based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Sheriff of Orange County and the Fraternal Order of Police. The current contractual rate is approximately $55 per hour. A proposed adjustment to formally align the minimum rate with this amount is pending final resolution. Once finalized, vendors will be notified immediately of any changes to any rates or effective date. Please Note: Rates may be higher depending on current market rates and/or availability of personnel for the off-duty position.
