as the property of the above named defendant, CHRISTOPHER CRUTCHER, and that on the 15th day of April, 2026, beginning at ten o’clock in the forenoon or soon there-after on said day at Orlando Estate Auction (rear parking lot) 2573 Silver Star Road Orlando, FL 32804, in Orange County, Florida. I will offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder at hand for cash on demand the above described property of said defendant, to satisfy said Judgment and Writ of Execution. Prospective bidders may register the day of the sale between the hours 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Orlando Estate Auction (rear parking lot) 2573 Silver Star Road Orlando, FL 32804. Winning bidders need to remove all items from the property by 3:00pm.
