OCSO has partnered with Lighthouse Health & Wellness, an organization that supports first responders, to provide wellness and benefits information to employees. The Lighthouse Health & Wellness Mobile App makes it easy to access our agency’s health and wellness information, as well as connect you with fantastic wellness resources in just a few swipes. App features include:
- Access to Lighthouse Library of Wellness Content, including topics like mental health, physical fitness, financial stability, self-assessments, therapist finder, and more
- Resources available 24/7 to all agency staff and their family members
- Confidential and anonymous use – no one will track what you’re searching for or reading within the app on an individual user basis
The app’s use is completely anonymous and confidential, so you can have confidence that your privacy will be maintained. OCSO is providing you access to the Lighthouse app for employees to have the highest quality health and wellness resources in the palm of your hand.

Emotional and Behavioral Health are a vital part of our overall well-being, so we are proud to offer convenient and confidential support through a dedicated Wellbeing Counselor. Virtual or in person appointments with Dr. Bush are available to all OCSO employees, at no cost. The office is located on the first floor of Central Operations near the Wellness Center, down the hall from Supply.
