In the world of homicide investigations there are "smoking gun" cases where a suspect is identified and incarcerated before the ink is dry on a police report. And then there are the classic "who-done-its." Any homicide investigator will tell you there is nothing worse than an open or unresolved death investigation, especially when they know there is a suspect on the loose and grieving family members seeking closure for the untimely demise of a loved one.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office remains committed to finding the answers that will help bring the person or persons responsible to justice. Despite that commitment, there are some cases that remain difficult to solve. We present to you some of our most difficult cases in hopes that you might have information that will help solve these difficult cases.
