Women’s Self Defense Class
OCSO’s Community Relations Unit hosts a quarterly Self-Defense & Situational Awareness Workshop designed to:
- Build Confidence and Awareness
- Experience-based, hands-on training
- Learn real world self defense skills
This free class emphasizes a practical, experience-based approach to self-defense, incorporating situational awareness, threat recognition, and simple, effective physical techniques. Participants will actively engage in drills and scenarios designed to enhance confidence, decision-making, and personal protection skills.
Registration opens 45 days before class and is required due to the hands-on nature of the class, and limited availability.
